"WE WERE REQUESTED TO RESPOND TO A FULLY ENGULFED HOUSE FIRE BY MILLE LACS COUNTY. FOUND RISER ON FIRE BECAUSE THE PLASTIC ON THE ANODELESS RISER MELTED DUE TO THE HOUSE FIRE. GAS SERVICE TO THE ADDRESS HAD BEEN SHUT OFF AT THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST ON MARCH 17, 2004. CENTERPOINT ENERGERY REMOVED THE METER DUE TO INACTIVITY AND THE HOUSE BEING BOARDED UP ON OCTOBER 13, 2005."
