"THE GAS DISPATCH OFFICE WAS NOTIFIED OF A POSSIBLE GAS LEAK AT 6:15AM AND DISPATCHES LEAK CREW. THE 2"" STEEL MAIN WAS ISOLATED AT 10:58AM USING STOPPLE EQUIPMENT. THE MAIN WAS EXPOSED AND A PIN HOLE CAUSED BY CORROSION WAS DISCOVERED. A 24 FOOT SEGMENT OF MAIN WAS ABANDONED."
