THE DRIP LEG FOR DOMESTIC APPLIANCE ON 3RD FLOOR NON-LIVING AREA WAS FOUND DISCONNECTED AND LYING ON THE FLOOR. WHILE THIS EXPLOSION WAS NOT A RESULT OF ANYTHING ON NYSEG'S SYSTEM, THIS REPORT IS BEING FILED AS INFORMATIONAL AND IN THE INTERESTS OF CAUTION.
