"A LOGGING TRUCK WAS TRAVELING WEST ALONG I-90 THRU SPEARFISH. THE TRAILER DE-COUPLED FOM THE TRUCK, CAREENED DOWN THE OFF-RAMP, DOWN THE DITCH, THRU THE FENCE, AND CRASHED INTO THE WAL-MART BUILDING AND THE METER/REGULATOR SET. THE SUBSEQUENT CRASHED BROKE THE METER/REGULATOR SET OFF THE RISER AND PULLED ON DOWNSTREAM PIPING MOVING AND DAMAGING ROOFTOP HVAC UNITS."
