"SCHOOL MAINTENANCE WORKERS CALLED IN WRONG LOCATION OF DIG SITE, TRENCHED THROUGH 1.25 SERVICE LINE THAT WAS NOT MARKED. WORKER RECIEVED MINOR BURNS TO FACE AND RIGHT ARM. WALK BEHIND TRENCHER WAS TOTAL LOSS."
