"CONTRACTOR WAS DIGGING UP ASPHALT DURING A STORM DRAIN INSTALLATION AND STRUCK A 2"" RETIRED STUB RIPPING THE TEE OFF THE 12"" STEEL MAIN WITH A CAT 326 TRACKHOE. INTERNAL LOCATOR DID NOT MARK LINES FOR THIS SPECIFIC TICKET AS THEY WERE ADVISED BY CONTACT ON THE TICKET THAT THE WORK WAS ALREADY COMPLETED. THERE WERE MARKS FROM PREVIOUS LOCATES IN THIS AREA."
