Incident Narrative

A BANK DRIVE-THRU CUSTOMER LOST CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE, CRASHING THROUGH THE BUILDING BRICK WALL. THE COLLISION DAMAGED THE METER SET LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE WALL, CAUSING A RELEASE OF NATURAL GAS INTO THE ATMOSPHERE. THE NATURAL GAS IGNITED, AND THE FIRE SPREAD INTO THE BANK BUILDING. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INJURED AND EXITED THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO THE GAS IGNITION.
