Incident Narrative
A REPORT WAS RECEIVED BY THE FREEPORT FIRE DEPARTMENT OF A DISTURBANCE AT 122 ST. MARKS AVENUE, FREEPORT, N.Y. GAS SERVICE WAS SHUT OFF AT THE CURB VALVE. THE INCIDENT RESULTED IN DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE AND REPORTED INJURIES TO FOUR PEOPLE. A LEAK INVESTIGATION WAS PERFORMED AT THE SUBJECT LOCATION. NO NATURAL GAS READINGS WERE OBTAINED.
