"DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY THIRD PARTRY CONTRACTOR INSTALLING SIGNAL LINES FOR THE TOWN OF SMITHFIELD, RI. SITE TECH, THE THIRD PARTY CONTRACTOR, WAS USING A VERMEER TO EXCAVATE AND PUNCTURED OUR 6"" MAIN. THE ROOT CASUE OF THIS DAMAGE WAS DUE TO THE CONTRACTOR'S NEGLIGENCE, IN NOT COMPLYING WITH PROPER DIG SAFE PROCEDURES."
