"CAR RAN INTO METER SET AT USA STEAK BUFFET IN NORFOLK, NE. DRIVER WAS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF CHEMICALS AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. LOG OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES AND TIMELINE IS ATTACHED TO THIS REPORT. METER SET WAS SUBSEQUENTLY REBUILT AND PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE."
