"ON DECEMBER 2, 2025, J&R TELCOM WAS PERFORMING A BORE TO INSTALL A NEW FIBER LINE ON GLEN HEATHER CT. DURING THE OPERATION, THE CREW STRUCK A 1-INCH POLYETHYLENE GAS SERVICE LINE SUPPLYING 917 GLEN HEATHER CT WHILE CONDUCTING A PERPENDICULAR BORE ACROSS THE SERVICE LINE. GAS MIGRATED TO 920 GLEN HEATHER CT, AND AT APPROXIMATELY 14:55, THE GAS IGNITED, RESULTING IN AN EXPLOSION AND FIRE THAT CAUSED A TOTAL LOSS OF THE HOME AT 920 GLEN HEATHER CT. THE INCIDENT RESULTED FROM THE THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTOR
