"A MINOR EXPLOSION OCCURRED IN A COMMERCIAL BUILDING, AND A LEAKING COMPRESSION COUPLING WAS DISCOVERED NEARBY. THERE WAS NO SUSTAINING FIRE, SO THE EVENT WAS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL NOTICED BY THE CUSTOMER'S EMPLOYEE. THE TIME INDICATED IN RESPONSE A.4. IS THE TIME THAT WE WERE NOTIFIED."
