CONTRACTOR WAS INSTALLING A SEWER LINE AND EXCAVATION WAS NOT PERFORMED WITH PRECAUTION TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO GAS LINE FACILITY. THERE WAS A BREAKDOWN IN THE NOTIFICATION PROCESS WHICH RESULTED IN A DELAYED NRC CALL BEING MADE.
