While driving up on the leveling blocks, 9 of them shattered. Hard plastic pieces of the blocks became shrapnel that flew across the driveway. Had I been standing where I normally do, I would have been hit by the shrapnel and suffered injury. When I tried to contact Amazon for a refund, I noticed numerous photos of broken blocks in many of their reviews. I contacted the company in July, August, and again in October to no avail. Finally, last week, I received an email from their representative, Chris Phillips, who at first told me that we had used their product incorrectly. We purchased this specific product because it stated on the product packaging that it was for larger class A motorhomes. We have a class A motorhome but not what would be considered "larger". I sent him a screenshot of the packaging, he apologized and said he had no idea that was on the packaging. They refuse to give us a refund for their defective product. Because we live in our motorhome traveling the country, we threw away the defective blocks as we had room to store them and replaced them with a different company's product.

Advances Service Trac lights illuminates and disengages Anti-Lock Brake System and Hill Assist Feature. Ford has issued TSB SSM 51210 but refuses to reprogram the ABS Module. This is per Ford Pro Customer Service Supervision.
Ford has known of a Service Trac fault appearing which disables the Anti Lock Brake, Hill Assist Control , and Cruise Control. Ford issued TSB 51210. However within that TSB the fault code must be active in order to complete the reprogramming thus there lies the problem. Once the fault code appears and the ignition switch is turned off the fault code resets. Ford has no solution for the problem allowing hundreds of F53 Motorhome Chassis on the road where the anti brake system is failing thus causing a safety problem in the right conditions. I will be submitting for a congressional inquiring into Ford Motor Company.

The Ford F53 Chassis built for motorhomes has a Ford Factory Advance Trac Warning System. When this system detects a fault the chassis looses Cruise Control, Hill Assists Feature, and Anti Lock Brakes. The Ford Pass App records the faults; however once the Ignition is turned off it erases the fault from the onboard computer. Ford has issue a TSB SSM51210 to reprogram the ASB Module only when the code is active. As stated before once the ignition is turned off the codes are erased. The problem with that scenario is that there are very limited dealerships and companies that will work or have the capability of diagnosis of the system. The safety problem comes when transiting a step grade and Hill Assist and ABS becomes inactive or during wet/icy conditions when Anti Lock Brake System become unexpected in active with no warning. 1. Advance Trac Service Required 2. Cruise Control, ABS, Hill Assists becomes inactive 3. Iginition switch turned off clears fault 4. Limited service facilities for motorhomes 5. Safety when transiting steep grades and wet/icy conditions

Failure ABS, Advanced Trac and Cruise Control. Available for inspection. Braking and Trac control safety. Confirmed by McRee Ford Dickenson, TX. Only inspected by Ford Dealer. Dash lights came on and cruise control loss a couple of hundred miles after we left the dealership. Dealer replaced sensor. Everything working until we hit a rough road and all of the above stopped working. This is not a new problem, if you read the Ford Forums, is not addressing.

The Advanced Trak feature on the Ford F 53 chassis turns off when operating on rough roads which effects the anti lock braking function, Stability control, the cruise control and other safety features. After parking the vehicle, the system will reset itself but will turn off again. Ford has no fix for this problem which is widely documented on the internet.
While driving the advancetrac service light would come on and the cruise control would disengage along with the electronic stability control.
