Defect Description
Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2006-2007 LFS transit buses. The buses may have been built with an incorrect number of emergency exits. Consequence
An insufficient number of emergency exits can prevent or delay passengers from exiting during an emergency, increasing their risk of injury.
Remedy
Nova Bus will replace some windows with emergency exit windows, free of charge. This is a Phased campaign. Phase 1 will include 1 bus. Nova Bus will notify owners on or about 12/12/2025.
