THE FENDER AND GUARD IN FRONT OF THE TIRE WAS BENT OUTWARD, WITH THE SUPPORT FRAME BROKEN AND THE FENDER GUEARD STICKING AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE OUT FROM THE TRUCK.
