Consequence
If the awning unfurls unexpectedly either in transit or while parked, it may increase thre risk of personal injury or a crash.
Remedy
Keystone will notify owners and dealers will replace the awning motor, free of charge. The recall began on May 7, 2013. Owners may contact Keystone at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's campaign recall number is 13-193.

THE ENTRY STEPS INTO MY FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER HAD A FAILURE. THE RIVET IN THE SECOND STEP FROM THE BOTTOM BROKE WHEN STEPPED ON, ALLOWING IT TO COLLAPSE ON ONE SIDE.
