Full Narrative

A Boeing 757, registration number G-LSAN, during a post-maintenance test flight expereinced a No. 2 engine fuel leak and that engine was shut down. The airplane diverted and a succesful single engine landing was made.

The Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the United Kingdom is investigating the incident. As the state of manufacture of the airplane, the NTSB has designated a U.S. Accredited Representative under the provisions of Annex 13 to the Convention on Civil Aviation to assist the AAIB in their investigation.
