Full Narrative
On April 12, 2017, about 0340 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 208C, PK-FSO, operated by PT. Spirit Avia Sentosa as an unscheduled cargo flight under the pertinent civil regulations of the government of Indonesia, collided with mountainous terrain 7 nautical miles north of Oksibil, Republic of Indonesia. The airplane was destroyed and the pilot, the sole occupant, was fatally injured.
