Full Narrative
On January 22, 2016, at 1807 universal coordinate time, a Diamond DA42, Swedish registration SE-LVR, operated by Airways Flygutbildning, collided with the terrain in Vasteras, Sweden, following a loss of control. The flight instructor, the pilot receiving instruction, and one passenger were seriously injured. The airplane was destroyed. The local instructional flight departed from Vasteras, Sweden.
