On December 16, 2015, about 1710 universal coordinated time, a Bell 407 helicopter, TG-PJV, sustained substantial damage on impact with terrain near Mixco, Guatemala. The pilot sustained a serious injury and the two passengers were uninjured. The local flight originated from the La Aurora International Airport, near Guatemala City, Guatemala at an unknown time.
