On March 25, 2016, at 1028 local time, a Bell 206B, VH-WHU, collided with power lines during an aerial agriculture flight near Carmila West, Australia. The helicopter was destroyed by the post impact fire and the pilot was fatally injured. The flight was operated under the pertinent civil regulations of the Government of Australia.
