Full Narrative
On June 11, 2015, about 2340 eastern daylight time, a Canadian registered PA-23-250, C-FXPS, impacted terrain about 1.2 nautical miles from the Kangirsuk Airport, Kangirsuk, Quebec, Canada. The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured.
