Incident Narrative

An employee had just finished his meal break, clocked back into work, and was descending the stairs carrying items in his left hand. He fell down a flight of stairs and sustained fractures to his right hip and pelvis. He also sustained fractures to the right shoulder. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
