An employee was lifting a steel frame to be rigged and picked. The steel frame was 18 inches wide by 34 feet long and weighed approximately 800 lbs. The employee used a crowbar, wedged under the steel frame to gain leverage. The crowbar let loose and the steel frame fell onto the employees left leg, fracturing his tibia.
