Employees were performing preventative maintenance on rooftop HVAC units. An employee was pulling a box after it caught on something. The employee tripped over the curb of a skylight and a hose and fell backward onto the skylight. The skylight broke and the employee fell to the concrete floor about 25 feet below. The employee suffered a broken arm and a broken collarbone.
