Incident Narrative

At about 8:00 a.m., on January 29, 2024, an employee was climbing up an extension ladder to inspect a residential roof. The base of the ladder slipped out and he fell 7-10 feet, landing on the blacktop below. He suffered a dislocated left elbow and was hospitalized.
