An employee was on a ladder inside a ceiling grid to strip a live electrical wire. The wire stripper he was holding contacted the live wire, resulting in a shock that caused him to fall from the ladder. The employee suffered a dislocated and broken left shoulder as well as second- and third-degree burns on his left finger.
