An employee was unloading a semi-truck trailer from the dock plate. The employee was removing webbing that was holding cardboard used to keep packages in place. The cardboard sheets fell forward onto her feet. She lost her balance and fell to the dock floor, resulting in hospitalization with a left femur fracture and an impact injury to her left hip/leg. The employee required surgery.
