Incident Narrative

An employee was using a multiform ladder as an extension ladder at the first floor gutter line of a residence performing a squirrel exclusion. While measuring a void that needed material, a squirrel ran out of the void, up his arm, and onto his chest. The employee lost his grip and fell from the ladder to the sand below, sustaining a fractured tailbone, internal bleeding, and a hematoma.
