Incident Narrative

An employee was picking parts in an aisle. A forklift was loading a pallet onto a shelf in the next aisle over when it pushed another pallet of boxed material off the shelf. The corner of the falling pallet struck the employee's left leg and broke his femur. He was hospitalized for surgery.
