On June 28, 2024, an employee was using a mini-excavator to dig a trench on a residential property. They got out of the mini-excavator and went into the trench to inspect the slopes. A large piece of dirt broke free from the trench and struck the employee. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to their right clavicle and ribs on the right side.
