Incident Narrative
An employee was dispatching material from an inventory location and was searching through metal pots used to transport parts to identify material. He located a pot with a manufacturing order tag hanging on the inside. As he went to remove the tag, the three metal pots that were stacked on top shifted and came down on his right arm crushing it. Their arm sustained extensive swelling and the employee was hospitalized for surgery.
