Incident Narrative

An employee was running power into a conference room to install a new television while standing on the fourth rung of a ladder. The employee touched an exposed wire while looking at the junction and was shocked. The shock caused the employee to fall from the ladder. They sustained a concussion, a fractured collarbone, a brain bleed, and shock burns.
