Incident Narrative
The injured employee was cutting pastries at her table as another employee was moving a batch of hot flan in a large food-grade plastic container. The approximately 32-gallon container buckled and hot flan poured out from the bottom and contacted the injured employee causing second-degree burns to her ankles and feet.
