Incident Narrative
An employee was moving a 12' x 12' steel test frame into storage adjacent to a sliding glass door unit. Something struck the bottom of the frame of the sliding glass door unit, causing three sliding door panels to disengage from their test frame. The disengaged panels fell approximately three feet, landing on the employee and forcing him to the ground. His head was caught between the panels and the steel frame resulting in a head injury.
