An employee was working on the fourth floor while a crane was lifting a bundle of lumber to the fifth floor. The load shifted due to wind, causing it to strike some unbound wood on the deck of the fifth floor. The wood fell to the fourth floor, landing on the injured employee and fracturing their left femur.
