Incident Narrative
An employee was preparing to unload a finished cradle from his work station. He was operating a table jack with his hand on the handle, and the cradle floor was sitting vertically upright on the table jack near the cart handle. As he raised the table, his right ring finger was caught between the handle and the cradle floor, resulting in a partial amputation of the distal end of his finger.
