An employee was standing on a pile of rebar helping to guide a crane that was unloading rebar bundles from a rail car. While the crane was placing a bundle of rebar, the bundle moved, and the employee went to push it back. The employee lost his balance and fell to the ground, resulting in a wrist fracture.
