Incident Narrative
An employee was utilizing metal rolling steps to check the feed bin. While descending the steps, the employee slipped/tripped and fell approximately 4 feet, hitting the back of his head and upper back on the metal steps. The employee suffered a laceration to the back of the head and lip, as well as back pain.
