Incident Narrative

An employee was working on a bakers scaffold about 4' high, patching the fireproofing on structural steel. The employee stepped off the scaffold and fell backwards. The employee possibly experienced head and back injury and was taken to the hospital. At the hospital, the employee was treated and admitted for a finger infection. The employee used his hand to brace the fall and aggravated a previous injury.
