On October 17, 2023, an employee was cleaning sawdust from a structural support of a CNC router. When the table returned to its home position, his left glove and shirt were snagged by the machine, dragging his hand into a position that resulted in a crush injury. The employee suffered an amputation of the thumb and a partial amputation of the index finger.
