Incident Narrative
An employee was using an pressurized oiler to spray a cast prior to pouring concrete. As the employee was halfway done spraying, the air compressor was disconnected. The employee added more oil to the pressurized oiler and went to remove the metal cap/nut when it blew off from the pressure and struck them in the eye. The employee underwent surgery.
