Incident Narrative

An employee was performing a crane lift and needed to remove a 24-foot aluminum gangway that is attached to a 5-foot platform/turntable. The gangway swung and pinned the employee's left leg against a stanchion of the stair tower. The employee sustained a fractured left tibia.
