Incident Narrative
An employee was exiting the back of a trailer. He was on the steps with his right hand on the trailer handle and left hand on the roll-up door handle. His shoes became hung up on the steps, causing him to lose his balance. He jumped down and the roll-up door came down with him, fracturing his right middle and ring fingers.
