Incident Narrative
Employees were at a closed 3-inch loop pipe to test meters. The system had a leak and the injured employee went to fix it. The injured employee was removing a valve when he was struck in the head with approximately 50 psi of air pressure. He was knocked into a chain link fence, sustained a concussion and had a seizure due to the injury. He was hospitalized.
