Incident Narrative

A temporary employee was placing road cones on a paving job site on the road when a vehicle in traffic cut off a dump truck causing the dump truck to run over the employee and crush his leg. The employee lost consciousness and sustained multiple traumatic injuries including amputation of the right leg.
