Incident Narrative
A shipyard electrician was pulling cable while inside the mid-deck of a U.S. Navy vessel that was being constructed. He walked around the corner as he was carrying the cable with three other employees and fell through a hatch to the floor below. The employee sustained torn ligaments in the kneecap.
