An employee was walking from the pack floor to the stuff floor to run a hose through a location so that he could perform a cleaning duty. While he was walking over the clean-in-place (CIP) tank, the grating broke and he fell in. His left leg was burned. The CIP process was being run at the time, so it contained hot water and chemicals.
