Incident Narrative
An employee had just parked a delivery truck at a loading dock and was unloading lawn mowers. The employee was standing alongside a garden tractor-style lawn mower on the bed of the truck and went to move the mower by pulling on the handle located on the rear fender. The handle broke free from the fender, causing the employee to lose his balance and fall approximately 40 inches to the pavement below, sustaining a head injury.
